Living in Hilltop
Hilltop sits east of Colorado Boulevard between 6th and Alameda. The streets are quieter than Cherry Creek but the proximity is the appeal — you're five minutes from any Cherry Creek restaurant without the traffic of living on top of it.
The housing stock skews to the 1930s–1950s with brick Tudors, Cape Cods, and mid-century ranches. Many original homes have been gently updated; a smaller share have been scraped for new builds. Lot size is a real asset here — yards big enough for actual back-yard living.
Cranmer Park's mountain-view sundial and the recently renovated Robinson Park anchor the neighborhood's outdoor life. Family-oriented buyers come for the schools, the sidewalks, and the sense that kids can ride bikes again.

- Larger-than-average lots (often 7,000–10,000+ sqft)
